I am required to give the service and food and overall experience a 1-Star because 0 Stars isn’t available. My wife and I made reservations the day before. We didn’t receive any service from the server until about 10 minutes after we sat down. Both tables to each side of us were served food before us and they each didn’t sit until at least 20 minutes after us. Well we arrive at 9:37 pm and the lady told us to choose the seat . We did and we saw the faces of 2 cooks very unhappy faces to see us arriving and a sigh sound unhappy sound as see us! And when the waitress came to our table we asked everything ok? She answered not sure why you guys set up an appointment so late because our last appointment is at 9:15 pm ? My special St Patrick's Day dinner was a disappointment. The picture on the restaurant's webpage of the dinner plate and what I was served were entirely different. The dinner I was severed was a bowl of combined ingredients with shredded corn beef and very little cabbage. The web site picture was a plate with individual portions of potatoes , carrots, cabbage and slices of corn beef. Very disappointed. We had a wonderful Ceasar salad with our dinner so all wasn't lost.

The food is mostly frozen or canned, not what it looks like on the internet.

Waited close to an hour after food was ordered. Steak was supposed to be medium and came out very well done. French fries were cold. Waitress was very nice. Not her fault food came out poor

They did not know of my reservation when entering and told me to "sit anywhere".....Poor slow service--understaffed as usual. Food very good. Asked for seperate checks and got one, then asked again to split and it took 3 people at register to figure it out. We both had same meal and my friend had one soda(me none) and it was a problem. May not go back there but with the buffet not open have limited choices. Very disappointed.

Ordered a caesar salad with dressing on the side. I did get dressing on the side but the salad was covered with dressing. I also ordered the turkey pot pie and without a doubt it was the worst meal I have ever had at a restaurant. The biscuits were tasteless and the turkey, grave and carrots were like something that was poured out of a can. I could hardly eat it because the was so bad.
