The service is always friendly and efficient. They changed the recipe for the shrimp to a heavy tempura style batter that fell off and didn't go well with the Bang Bang style sauce. The salmon was dry and overcooked and a smaller portion of than previously.

Worst quality meal I have had in a long time. The Del Lago website really does a good job of fooling people. If you look at the pictures along with the menu, you think it is a middle-of-the-road, trendy cafe. It is the quality of a cafeteria with a bit better atmosphere. The waitress was very nice, but otherwise we were so disappointed. It was our anniversary, and we were there for the night, and just figured we would not break the bank on the more expensive restaurant. They ran out of lettuce so we could only get one salad which was soggy. The prime rib was awful and SO salty that I had them take it back and did not want anything else, baked potato was hard and cold, no bread on table and wine selection was scarce.

Always something wrong with the food,we go every week and food is never cooked the same way. When we complain nothing happens and still have to pay.

Salmon and Brussels sprouts burnt and laying in a puddle of oil, after waiting exorbitantly long time. Waitress very nice. Just order a sandwich here or something quick.

I am required to give the service and food and overall experience a 1-Star because 0 Stars isn’t available. My wife and I made reservations the day before. We didn’t receive any service from the server until about 10 minutes after we sat down. Both tables to each side of us were served food before us and they each didn’t sit until at least 20 minutes after us. Well we arrive at 9:37 pm and the lady told us to choose the seat . We did and we saw the faces of 2 cooks very unhappy faces to see us arriving and a sigh sound unhappy sound as see us! And when the waitress came to our table we asked everything ok? She answered not sure why you guys set up an appointment so late because our last appointment is at 9:15 pm ? My special St Patrick's Day dinner was a disappointment. The picture on the restaurant's webpage of the dinner plate and what I was served were entirely different. The dinner I was severed was a bowl of combined ingredients with shredded corn beef and very little cabbage. The web site picture was a plate with individual portions of potatoes , carrots, cabbage and slices of corn beef. Very disappointed. We had a wonderful Ceasar salad with our dinner so all wasn't lost.
