Overall, I found the service provided by the dentist and hygienists to be satisfactory. However, I had a negative experience with the office manager. I found them to be very unprofessional, which greatly impacted my overall impression of the dentistry. Due to this experience, I do not recommend this place.
I am truly amazed by what Soho Dental has to offer! Not only do I have a better smile, but I learned much more about dental hygiene tips that I was not aware of before. My experience of being taken care of by Gillian, Dr. Haji, Mildred, and Rose has been such a pleasant and wonderful experience! I highly recommend Soho Dental for all your oral health needs. I have already referred my loved ones to my new favourite dental clinic.
These people are not only great dentists who make sure that you receive the care that you need, but are also great managers and administrators who make sure that you are in the loop regarding everything of your condition and what should be done next. Really assuring that I deal with people who care not only about the work but also about what should happen before and after treating me.
It can be quite nerve-racking to visit a new dentist, especially after not seeing one for 2 years, but Soho provided me with a comforting and exceptional experience. I went in for a cleaning which was great and my teeth look great. They also offered me additional advice on some other problems that need addressing and long term care for me teeth. Highly recommend them.
I have had the absolute pleasure of being treated by Dr Koutsaris every time I go to this office. She is truly a professional. Her seat side manner is exceptional and the knowledge and attention to detail she takes towards me really shows me that she genuinely cares about all her patients. I hope to not see her often because that means I’ve don’t know how dental hygiene works, but when I do need to get any work done, I go out of my way to see her. I’m not even from Toronto and see her ! Thanks Dr K
