Verified Renter I know I am hyper-critical of the cleanliness of the property. The new staff is doing a MUCH better job of making certain the common areas; i.e., hallways, party rooms, mail room, glass on entry doors, etc. are kept clean. I have a garage near an entryway, and visitors seem to think it is okay to park in my private driveway! Does there need to be a posted sign NOT TO PARK IN PRIVATE DRIVEWAYS? Verified Renter I very happy with my choice of moving to Solaris Apartment. I’ve been enjoying the gym, outdoor amenities, coffee machine in the morning. I love the close proximity of shoppings, restaurants, and specially being able to go for my running at Benderson Park.

HORRIBLE MESS--STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! This place is disgusting. Amenities are in disrepair and consistently malfunctining. Gates have not worked in over 3 months, leaving property completely open to anyone at all 24/7. There is no security, buildings filthy, trash piling up in the chutes/trash rooms and management is completely inept. There is zero cellphone reception anywhere on the property (no matter what carrier you have). Just signed my 3rd lease here! I love my 4th floor apartment, in the main building. It faces the pool and the nature preserve. Even though it doesn't affect me because I have a garage and I live on the 4th floor, The chief complaints are noise from people above and parking issues. (That's the only reason I didn't give you 5 stars) The girls are doing a great job in the front office. I just signed my 3rd lease!
