Verified Renter I enjoy living here. The amenities are great however the front gates seem to break and take months to fix. So much for paying for security. With only bedrooms having carpet you can hear the dogs above running around, dropping bones all night long. Just hope you don’t live below those who walk around like they are marching. Verified Renter You will love the location and the resort feel. These apartments are near the UTC Mall and all of the shops and great restaurants. The homes have great design and floor plans. All of the neighbors are super friendly and this is a great community for people with doggies. Have fun by the pool or in any of the community rooms with friends.
