Verified Renter Amazing place! The unit is beautiful, it’s a pleasure stay home. The hall looks like a five star hotel! I love it. The only problem is to find parking at night ??

Verified Renter You will love the location and the resort feel. These apartments are near the UTC Mall and all of the shops and great restaurants. The homes have great design and floor plans. All of the neighbors are super friendly and this is a great community for people with doggies. Have fun by the pool or in any of the community rooms with friends. They also host events for us that are awesome! It's real easy to get the handyman over if anything needs attention. The office staff is friendly and available. But seriously..... read more

Verified Renter Solaire is a stunning resort style community that I am so happy to call home! You can’t beat the pool and gym, I cancelled my gym membership! The office and maintenance staff are top notch. You’re greeted with a smile by the staff, your neighbors, and even the delivery drivers. The close proximity to walk to UTC, Nathan Benderson Park, and Whole Foods are an added bonus. I wish I could give more stars!

Verified Renter After being here two years, and watching many staff changes, I will say that this place runs smoothly, and is a calm complex. You would never guess that there are staff issues. When anything needs attention it is taken care of promptly. The staff are always friendly. Landscaping, building maintenance are worked on daily and weekly. The social committee works hard every month by having food trucks multiple times a month and social events for tenants to get to know each other.
