Great Experience Solar Energy World was terrific. The sales rep was very patient and quick at responding to my questions. The only downside was in communication after I accepted the proposal. It took a long time to get information as to what was happening. Once everything was finally approved, it moved very quickly and efficiently. The installation team was top notch - professional, courteous and clean. I would highly recommend them.
Great company Very responsive, efficient and helpful from the planning stage through installation and afterwards with questions, completing paperwork and sending additional information for taxes, rebates, etc. has a very helpful Home Energy Efficiency department that does home energy audits nd can both make recommendations nd on tract to make the house more efficieny

Good experience I was very pleased with the work of Solar Energy World. Their workmanship was excellent. Although there were a couple unexpected glitches in the installation process, they quickly and efficiently corrected them. The end result is that I have everything that they promised and I am a satisfied customer.
Solar Energy World = Excellent Solar Energy World is an excellent company to work with you through the whole process of your solar panel installation.
Disappointed System installation was completed and tested March 13, 2024. Today is April 27, more than 6 weeks and they still haven't turned it on yet. Nobody returns calls or emails. Some dude texts an excuse every once in a while, but no results. I just got another $340.00 electric bill from my utility. I'm out $10,000 for a new roof, beautiful solar installation just reflecting sunlight back to the sky. Very disappointed.
Excellent sales but post installation terrible service Installation was expansive. We chose this company hoping the service would be good as promised. But post installation service is NO good at all. Our solar system lost communication and there has been no data reporting online for more than two months. Called and emailed the company and some point of contact people (e.g., the service manager) many times but no responses.

Misleading I do t know if it’s solar energy world or sun run but we are paying for the panels and have been getting $170 electric bills every month. Not saving us anything. I’ve called and no one cares.
Worse communication We have had the worse time getting any response from our agent. Spent over $100k on panels and need repairs. We have not received any response or reply only the run around. Highly disappointed and continuing to receive an electricity bill as thou we don’t have energy panels!!
