Back office doesnt communicate Did great work upfront! It took too long to get finalized and their communication was very bad. They did my loan 3+months before they installed which not only did they mess up and now refuse to communicate with me, but my 18 month, no payments, loan will be due prior to getting all my income tax back (from energy credit). Again, mistakes happen, but don't expect good communication from them. Avoid this company!

Satisfaction review. The initial presentation and sales pitch went well.Once I decided to go with you, Things took exceptionally long.The electrician did his thing but would not take the pipes thru the joists but rather under. Then he moved the circuit breaker for my furnace to somewhere and did not relabel the breaker box. When to crew took down quite a bit of the foil backed insulation to install the inverter and indoor meter, they did not replace any of it and left some of the bare wall showing. Good then bad My first install went very well. The salesman came to the house to teach me all about SRECs and how it all works. The install was smooth and professional and it all worked as advertised. Several months later I contacted them to do a small add on solar system, to which they slow rolled me and kept not answering emails which delayed my eventual install several months.
