The product I purchased was delivered in great shape n received in short time. My only concern is the "ad" showed "two" batt and advertised as a "batt pac of two". I only received "one" batt. I feel only "one" batt should be shown if that's what is intended to be sold

Technical support was helpful, how to install 2 directional antennas. Solid Signal could create video, directions are unclear setting up HD8200U antenna.
AT&T kept botching my request for a DirecTV H24 hd receiver to replace my aging defective HR21 one line dvr I turned to Solid Signal which placed the H24 in my hands and helped me activate it. Great job Solid Signal personnel!!
Solid Signal to the rescue again! When I installed Directv 14 years ago, the Direct TV people couldn't answer simple questions and refused to go on my high/steep roof. Solid Signal walked me through the process, provided the equipment, and it worked perfectly. Years later, they helped me self upgrade to HD, today in 2019 they helped me troubleshoot a problem and order the correct parts. Well done Solid Signal!
