Took a few days but we got it in the mail. My wife opened it and plugged it in to her computer and it worked wonderfully. It helped not having to hook up the camera and viewing each picture one at a time and deleting each one before viewing on the computer. Saved a bunch of time, easy to hook up and easy to use.
