Sales support was great. I'm an electrical engineer, and was very happy with the knowledge and solution the sales engineer provided. AND - after deciding on the best antenna, he told me the antenna was too big for the rotator they offered, so he recommended one he didn't sell - instead of making the sale. Trust and honesty and integrity - so rare these days.

pretty good. zip is incorrectly html coded. the password requires 8 characters but it doesn't tell you that in advance and then it erases everything if you get it wrong.

The antennae signal booster wasn't quite what I thought it would be. I expected a power supply that would connect to it. It relies on 12-18VDC with pass through capabilities. I guess I may not have understood that.
