Solid signal sent the wrong item, (a 3-stranded thermostat wire instead of a single heavy duty grounding wire) and when I contacted them via the online chat, the agent cited a 30-day return rule. So I did delay opening the package, since I didn't do the project right away. I found that frustrating, since it was the wrong item. I then called and the customer service by phone was great. Very helpful, worked with tech support, and then sent me the correct item.

I ordered a Televes DATBOSS LR antenna form Solid Signal. It shipped the following business day and I received it a couple days later. The box was in great shape and everything intact. I assembled it and the product is working awesomely. I couldn’t be more satisfied

very quick order confirmation, delivery speed and packaging excellent, especially considering that db365 mounts are heavy. The only concern was no order update or shipping notification.

The ordering process was easy. The reason for 3 stars is: 1) At the time of shipping a tracking number should be sent to the customer. 2) I contacted customer service to get my tracking number. It took almost a day and a half to receive a response.
