Needed second remote for Directv DVR receiver cable box and bought one on Amazon.com. Item was as described. Prompt shipping and received it on short order. Well packaged and item works as designed. Would and will by from Solid Signal again. Item was exactly as same as Directv remote.

Your service was great but the web info on what we ordered was misleading. We wanted to not need a power source for our Directv HDDVR receiver. The 'eye' for the dish we ordered sounded like it would work this way for us. We ended up getting a b-band converter and was able to get a signal on IN1 or IN2. We finally ended up with a Directv tech coming out. He said we needed the power source (SWM) to get both satellites (101 & 103) on a single line input (IN1).
