Very nice staff. The technician that performed my test made an unpleasant test bearable. The total time from registration to completion of the test was no more than 30 minutes. Great place to go if you need a Mammogram.

The ladies were so friendly which put me right at ease. It's an uncomfortable situation and I was a first timer but they made it as comfortable as possible.

Talk about a First Class Experience! The staff is wonderful and the environment is clean and relaxing. The dressing room was spa like and there was practically No wait time! I was able to do a mammogram and bone density test in one visit! They have a new mammogram machine that is much more comfortable then the traditional machine and is said to be more thorough. Highly Recommend this location!!
Solis was very professional and it felt like a spa for women. The dressing rooms are cute and very charming - see pictures. Dressing rooms have different inspiring statements. And lockers have famous people's names like Audrey Hepburn. Very clever. Thank you for a great experience in a not so much fun procedure.

UPDATE: Everyone connected with Solis Mammography Clear Lake has been professional and helpful. Evidently this is an insurance problem and has nothing to do with Solis. My only advice is to contact your insurance company before hand and make sure everything is covered. Otherwise, I couldn't be happier with how this has been handled. Thank you to everyone concerned! It is always pretty nerve racking to have any imagining done esp if it has to check on lumps. I was extremely late. I mean 30min. I feel like that is so not cool. I called them 30 plus min and told them and felt so horrible. They were not horrible to me at all and they were so kind to me. Something people are not always used to from the medical end of things. They are not interested in your health. You are a $ to them and nothing more. I think they purposely didnt listen to my request to please let me rest between breasts so they could try and bring me back for more tests they know I dont need. plus the staff acts like you asked them to kick a puppy just cuz your not sure where the exit is. I will never ever go back to them.
The most painful mammography I've ever had (I'm 63). Tech was so rough, I left w/bruises. It wasn't the equipment, it was the tech's brutal yank-twist positioning technique. Tech hurt me twice; I told her if she hurt me a 3rd time, the test was over. She didn't hurt me again. My friend had a similar experience.
Well I had an appointment set up for 3 months and this place waited until. It was time to get my appointment and then they decided to do their job that last minute to tell me I needed a referral from my doctor now I have to cancel because I waited three months and now it's gonna take another three months to get in there.
