I am an exhausted healthcare worker. I come to get a screen. Because I don't have my actual card. They tell me I might have billing problems to fight later. Now they have my group number, ID number, and the number to call to check benefits but because I don't have a physical card I have to reschedule when my card arrives. Now their is a COVID pandemic nothing arrives on time Except Amazon. Everything else is delayed. Not a clinic who supports women health to me. I won't be back.
