The folks I dealt with, in person, were awesome! However, the office staff concerns me greatly. There first letter was held for 7 days (in office) before being mailed. The second letter I received was held for 26 days before being mailed. Contrary to what was sent to me in a not-very-conciliatory email, this is NOT how a health care business should be managed. I will NEVER return as I can't depend upon them to respond in a timely fashion.

I am an exhausted healthcare worker. I come to get a screen. Because I don't have my actual card. They tell me I might have billing problems to fight later. Now they have my group number, ID number, and the number to call to check benefits but because I don't have a physical card I have to reschedule when my card arrives. Now their is a COVID pandemic nothing arrives on time Except Amazon. Everything else is delayed. Not a clinic who supports women health to me. I won't be back.
