Strange processes at this location. I've never had to sit with a billing agent at other Solis locations, reception area was loud and raucous. I was finally seen by a tech 1 hr after my scheduled appt time. Then I was given a red card "Stop sign" to take with me to the front desk. Never have I ever. Why would you make an already uncomfortable and nerve racking exam even more uncomfortable? I'll stick to Solis in Burleson in the future. This location needs improvement.

i have been using this location for many years and I finally have decided I will NEVER return every year u overbooked appt what's the point of making an appointment when u have to wait for an hour or 2 to get a 5 min screening. I had to reschedule twice because you overbooked I finally canceled all together horrible experience.

They need a new call center. I spent 20 minutes on hold. I got dressed and drove to the center still on hold--about 25 minutes in order to talk to a person at the desk who was not busy. I'll stay with Touchstone.

Finally received an email from Solis: "As of 2/21/24 our billing team systems for patient accounts and claims, email, and billing phone lines are currently down for Change Healthcare with no ETA on when this outage will be resolved. Once the billing systems are back up, we will review your request in the order received and provide information related to patient balances, billing, and claims to our billing team for resolution. I've been here at Solis mammography for 2hours and I'm still in a back waiting room with 7 other ladies, all in gowns, waiting for our mammogram. So if you're ok sitting around waiting to be called then this is the place to be. I've never had to wait this long for a mammogram.

They don't accept our insurance which is not "their" fault. The facility we go to now (another mammography center) has requested our records for review and comparison and Solis has yet to send them anything.

again....after sorting this out months ago. solis and radiology associates insist on billing me again through a collection agency. i have had it.....my next stop is my own collection agency....my attorney. this is the worst provider on the entire planet. if they are falling off hell will freeze over before i ever ever again let anyone affiliated with this company touch me.

They need to check the images before you leave, so you don't have to return. , No way would I recommend. Plus most behind the counter have an attitude just for asking a question

I think it is horrible that they will not allow a spouse to come back into the room when a needle biopsy is performed.
