I have been coming to this facility for a few years and have had outstanding service each time. The ladies at the front desk are very welcoming and efficient and the check in process is a breeze. The waiting room is pristine and spacious with comfortable seating. The entire process is personable and professional. I trust Solis for their exams . They use the latest technology and the staff are very good and very nice.
The ladies working at the front desk were so kind and give a warm welcome when you walk in! The waiting room was comfortable with plenty of seating, the dressing room offers deodorant and wipes for after and cute little cubby areas with celebrity names and you pick who you want to be for the moment (I picked Tina Turner)!! Would recommend to anyone who needs to get the girls checked out!
Great experience scheduling and receiving my Mammo. However, after the fact I waited 8 days for results. I had to call to followup several times. Each time the stated wait time far exceeded the stated time on the call. Without sharing too much I am still waiting to talk with them. Currently on hold for 30 minutes.
The staff here is very professional and friendly. Made the not so fun appointment better and comfortable. I highly recommend this place to anyone needing a mammogram.

I found Solis on line after an abnormal mammogram at Banner Imaging. I was told to get another mammogram and ultrasound ASAP, but the only appointment I could get at Banner was 3 weeks out, and that was not acceptable after being told I might have cancer. I was able to get an appointment at Solis in Chandler 4 days later. I was treated professionally and everyone was so kind. I moved to AZ in 2008 and Solis is the only place I've gone for my mammograms. Once I find a place that I am comfortable with, I stick with it I worked around the medical field for over 30 years and the staff at Solis have Always been outstanding in customer service from the front desk to the technician. I have never waited more than a few minutes to be seen and since I have to have a mammogram done, I might as well go to the best place.
