Unfortunately this location double books appointments and both times I've been here I was delayed in being seen over one hour. People are super nice! And the technician was amazingly gentle - Dr Gentry is awesome! She gave me my results and reviewed my diagnosis with me while I was there!

Recently I had been a frequent flyer so to say at this particular Solis Mammography location. All of the staff was welcoming and making sure I understood what to expect during each visit.

Very professional and clean office. Trish at the front desk was very sweet and we had a lovely conversation. Jas took me back and got me set up. Also very sweet and professional. I highly recommend this office. It is run very smoothly. I didn't wait at all and everything was very efficient. Top notch customer service! These ladies know what they are doing!
I used to go to Simon Med, but after a few unpleasant appointments I looked for a new place. That's where I came across Solis for my exam. It was one of the smartest moves I made and I couldn't be happier! The atmosphere is very relaxing and the receptionist, Trish, was so nice and professional. I am beyond over the hold times of this office! Hire more help! Second your front desk is unorganized and uneducated on where to send people to pay a bill. I have waited on hold for days and multiple times. I can't get a number to call to pay the bill last time all systems were down. Your front office represents your business. It is time to grow up! Get organized and get on with it. To do this to your clients is BS. I am happy with the doctor! That is about it!
Jamila with the front desk is extremely rude, unprofessional, and unwilling to assist .I overheard her speaking to patients badly about the doctors that are referring Solis patients!!!!!
Still problems with this facility. My appointment was made almost a year ago. I have tried 3 times to get ahold of someone via phone and sat on hold over 20 minutes each time and no one gets on the line. Tried emailing, no response. Cannot cancel the appointment on their website, only allows a reschedule. I plan to stop coming here but can't even get my appointment canceled. Horrible customer service. So many other options in the valley. They could start by at least having a staff that will answer the phone
WARNING!! WASTE OF TIME! Went over month ago to Chandler location.. Very rude and hostile front office! Took 2 sets of films as first ones blurry. I waited six weeks for results. Said inconclusive and needed previous years report which I left at office to complete report. I sent report again. No answer yet. No one has responded to my emails about what to do for follow-up! Complete wasre of time!!!Upside is easy to get appointment as no one goes there. Esmile next door and packed with people. Big mistake!!
I made an appointment a little over 6 months ago for a mammogram. I was denied care due to my insurance. I received an email from this company (6 months later) notifying my of an upcoming appointment that I never made. I called to cancel and I was informed my insurance was more acceptable to receive care........Lol.
