The ladies at the front are nice and friendly. The technician is nice and gentle. Calling on the phone is a different story. It's probably their policy and preference not to be able to easily cancel or change appointments and not answer the phone at all. No matter when I called, there is a 20-minute hold time. They are really discouraging one to not call at all.
The staff here is incredibly friendly and compassionate, with scheduling and registration upon check-in being a breeze. They kept me posted on what was happening next and I never felt like I was "waiting" for very long. Even while changing in the dressing room... it was worthwhile to take a minute and read the encouraging notes posted in there, especially when feeling so vulnerable as you're about to get a mammogram. I had a really great experience at Solis for my mammogram. The front desk ladies were super friendly and helpful when I arrived. Even though I was an hour earlier than my scheduled appointment, I was seen right away. The whole appointment itself from walk in to walk out was 15 minutes max. This was my first time going, but the lady who did my mammogram explained to me what will happen, what to expect, when I get my results, etc. The best part of my appointment was the changing room. 1000% recommend Solis in Frisco! I consistently receive great customer care, efficient visits, and kindness from all staff. From a warm greeting when I entered the office to a polite technician that made me feel comfortable during my exam. Thank you Solis, keep up the great work!
Staff is friendly and safety covid protocols bring followed. Easy to schedule appointment. The only thing negative about this location is the parking. Very hard to find a space.
The Technician Shirley was quick, efficient, and friendly. Awesome personality. Made me feel comfortable during what I usually consider to be a very uncomfortable exam.
This was my first mammogram ever. Everyone was polite and efficient from the front desk to the technician. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes!
First time in this Frisco location. In and out in 15 minutes for bone density test. Highly recommend.
