I recommend Solis Mammography Frisco. The staff is friendly and very professional. The facility is nice and clean. The tech was very respectful and explain what she would be doing in detail. I was on and out on about 20 minutes.

It was a breeze from beginning to end. I hate getting mammograms because I have harmless cysts and I always have to go back to get a sonogram. However better safe than sorry. The employees and technicians are the finest and I would highly recommend!

We all know the thought of going for a mammogram is cringe worthy, but my experience today from phone scheduling to front desk to the actual technician, was flawless. Friendly, kind and above all compassionate. I do not have insurance and in no way was I made to feel bad about it. Cash payment was no issue. In addition to this I have a large bust and she was gentle, asking a number of times if I was ok and comfortable. BEWARE AND STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!! Horrible place. Actual care was good, their billing department is a disaster. They incorrectly billed my insurance, so said I owed almost $1,000 for a standard mammogram. Insurance company called them to explain how to file a claim! They then sent me to a debt collector, even though the insurance company told them they were in error. Then, they billed my insurance from some guy in Houston, saying he performed the mammogram. DO NOT GO HERE!!!! My PCP referred me here because of symptoms and family history. I've already met my out of pocket and the office decides to tell me before check in that they may charge me a random amount based on what the tech decides after my appointment. They've already authorized my benefits and been given the patient responsibility and then proceeded to tell me regardless of what insurance says I owe them whatever they decide. Every time I call I either give up due to long hold times or sit on hold for 20 min. before reaching a live person. When I finally reach someone I'm put back on hold for 10 mins while they ask someone else. Very frustrating.
Had a 4:15 appnt and encountered an accident on the way there. Looked like a 6mn delay. Only number goes to a call center which you have hold time. While on with the call center I received a message that if I wasn't there prior to 4:20 I would have to reschedule as they close at 4:30. Call center calls the location and tells them I'm pulling into the parking lot (4:22). They said sorry their systems turn off at 4:20 so I would have to reschedule. Beware of back office SCAM they are running! I went to my doctor for a routine check-up and mammogram and agreed with my doctor that it's been many years since I had one and given my age (over 40) I'm overdue for a routine mammo. I got an appt in Jan and got my test done. Routine mammos are 100% covered under my insurance. I then get a bill in the mail saying that my insurance didn't cover the mammo done. I experienced an unprofessional and unmindful work at Solis Mammography in Frisco in this morning. They had their equipment issues, therefore I had to wait much longer than I expected. Yes! I was totally fine with it, but when I became the last one in the waiting room while patients having an appointment later than mine finished and left, I felt so awkward in the empty waiting room alone.
