The Main Street Frisco location is quite possibly the most toxic establishment I have ever entered! They claim to be pro-woman and care, but they did little to care for me at all! I was lectured by the front desk clerk while she held her hand on her hip while I cried! She told me I was there for the wrong appointment! I asked her how I'm supposed to know that as they were the ones that scheduled me for an annual mammogram. She could have cared less and said there was nothing she could do and told me I would need to leave. So... read more

Another SCAM alert! Please read along with other commenters below. They did the same to me. I had a referral from my OBGYN for a baseline mammogram because of family history of breast cancer. Apparently they're saying something I said while in the visit at solis made them claim it was diagnostic, then they ordered an additional ultrasound. So they ran two tests, the second of which was completely unnecessary as they found nothing. I told them my dr didn't find any lumps, and that this was baseline. This was my first time getting a mammogram. Worst experience ever. The receptionist was super nice. I would have rather her given me a mammogram. The tech knew it was my first time. I did not know where to place my body I felt like she was shoving me cause I was not relaxing cause I did not know what I was supposed to be doing. She explained nothing. SCAM ALERT 1st visit had 3D scan and provided medical history and prior mammogram results. Insurance company paid 100%. Was called back even though 3D should reduce the need for call back. Was ruled dense tissue which they already knew. Insurance company paid a portion of the fee and now I'm being billed almost $500 for the follow up. This sounds like a good way for them to have collect another $700+ for a second scan. I never got called back in the last 10 years when I was going to UTSW. I guess I'll go back to them ... read more

I would not use this facility. After my initial visit, I received a letter that stated everything was normal, but no details. I asked my Dr. for a copy of the final medical report to give to a specialist. Upon reading the report I was surprised to learn that I had a biopsy clip in my left breast. The reason this is surprising is I have never had a biopsy. I have called numerous times to see if I can get someone to reread the films to determine if it was just an error in the report or if they actually read someone else'... read more
