Wow, the staff were fantastic in this location. So, first I received a complimentary golf cart ride which I think was for the hospital next door but the kind gentleman took mercy on me and drove me up to the front door of the building from the parking structure. Having a mammogram can be scary because you do know not everyone will get great news. I love everything about Solis.... Especially the wonderful technicians! Results are typically provided within a day or two. Always happy with care at this facility!
I had to come in for a biopsy after something came up on my mammogram. I was terrified of course and I was running late. From the moment I stepped into the office I felt comfortable and love from the staff. I was escorted to the dressing room (I didnt follow directions and wore a dress so the cape didnt work and the biopsy technician helped me out). Absolutely excellent from start to finish! Having my mammys grammed every year is for the birds- the first time I've been to Solis and can't say enough great things about this place! Got right in- the tech was wonderful and made me feel comfortable and the best part?? The capes they give you instead of an icky half gown and the lovely handwritten notes in the changing rooms! Loved this place and already scheduled my annual for next year!
I have been going to Solis for 5 years now, and have ZERO complaints. Friendly. accommodating staff. Clean, organized environment. Easy process for check-in and actual mammogram. Super little discomfort and I'm not easy to do, since I have tiny breasts that have to be moved a lot. Best Mammogram, place I've visited in 40 years!
After reading all the negative reviews I just wanted to say how much I like going there. I would recommend them so much that I was looking for the name of this place as I would like my daughter to go there. Not once have I regretted using their services. After waiting over an hour at SimonMed for a procedure and hearing a lady setting with me in the front office waiting for her mammogram I was wishing my brain could remember this place to tell her next time go to Solis.
I went here a week ago for a mammogram and had a pretty good experience. The place was really nice and the technician was great, i had no pain at all. The reason for the 3 stars is because I never received my results through email, I actually had to call the Texas call center to get them over the phone. The lady I spoke with was nice and assured me I'd still receive my results through email which unfortunately never happened. I have been going to this provider since it was Ben Ora. About twenty years now. I have always felt cared for and as if I am in good hands. The technicians are gentle and considerate. I have had two instances where I had to have a sonogram and then, much later, a biopsy. The doctors and technicians were very compassionate and understanding of my apprehension.
