I don't usually post anything but this time around I'm really frustrated with my experience with this company. First of all they call you and ask you to call because you need to come back and get an ultra sound. When you call back there is no one available to speak to you. I understand that many places are not fully staffed but what the heck happened to customer service. I think that has gone out the door completely. Update: I went to the Glendale office to get a copy of my previous films and was told I'd have to pick them up in the Phoenix office the next day, which is 25 miles away. I drove to the Phoenix office and was told the records were sent to Glendale. I had to wait 20 minutes for them to recreate them. Find a professional mammography clinic and go there.

Nope, never again. Called me 10 minutes before my check-in time to say I didn't need to come, but that was based a a previous mammogram/order. I had to repeatedly say this is a new order. Then I was grilled for 5 minutes as to whether or not this was a new condition. I tried, over and over, to explain the situation, but it was never enough and soon the doctor was nearly yelling at me. I should have got up and left. The entire appointment took over 2 hours, mostly waiting. My advice - just don't.

Yeah the place is clean and all that and I was taken in a reasonable timeframe but I'm not going to lie. That mammogram hurt. The nurse squished me to death, I could barely breathe. It hurt like the mammograms you got decades ago, plus three weeks later I get a call from my gynecologist office that I need to have a diagnostic mammo and ultrasound because they found something that wasn't there last time. Worst experience. Had a mammogram and was called back because they found something that wasn't there last year. Received more testing and was told there is definitely something there but I should come back in 6 months to see if it grows or changes. This is with me having a family history of breast cancer and other symptoms. I made an appointment with a breast specialist because I had 0 confidence in this answer. I have gone to Solis for years and always had a good experience but after my last experience they have lost me as a customer. It's a complicated matter but basically had they used my Referring Doctors original order, my insurance company would have covered it at 100% but because they forced me to sit and wait an extra 30 minutes while they got an updated order, I had to pay the whole amount out of pocket.
