The office is very nice, clean and calming. The staff went above and beyond for me when my mammogram and additional imaging indicated a biopsy was needed. I got a call the afternoon prior stating the order from my primary care physician had not been received. I called my primary and left a voicemail as the office had already closed. I have been having my mammograms done with Solis for years. Their facilities are clean, beautiful, accommodating and believe it or not, relaxing. It is so easy to schedule online or by phone. The staff is professional, considerate and kind. The ladies are truly beautiful inside and out. Best of all, I get my results super super fast.

Yesterday I stopped by the Solis Mammography Glendale location to see if they would accept my insurance. (Last year they wouldn't). Hurray! Not only would they accept my new card, Nicole arranged for me to have the exam that very morning! I had the new 3-D mammogram, easy, quick, painless. I drove home feeling relieved to have made an important step in my healthcare. At 4:00 that afternoon I received the results via e-mail, no cancer, normal results. I really wish I could leave a better review but they keep billing me for a procedure I did not have. Considering they have my medical records, they should know what procedures were and were not performed.

Do your mammogram, and your nerves, a big favor and avoid Solis. They take over a week to send results, and even after calling, they promise to send them but never do. It's stressful and disappointing to be treated that way. There are plenty of other places that can get your mammogram done and actually follow through.

DO NOT USE THIS PROVIDER!!!! You will regret your choice from the moment you try to book your appointment until the time they process your insurance and everything in between. Most inept provider in the valley!

Despite both myself, and insurance company, calling and verifying, that both the doctor and who reads the images were on my insurance, more than once, they were not honest. I was told I would pay nothing for the initial routine exam and only $25 for the follow up, it was almost 6 timesthat amount. The second would not have even been necessary if they had contact the prior doctor. Does no good to call and verify all the cost if they are not honest. Never again.

This is a horrible place. I got a bad mammogram with them. They did not get my previous films like they said. I called them 16 times with no help. Now after 10 1/2 weeks they say they still do not have them but I can come in 3 months later. I have never seen such a horribly place. Please women if you care about your health please go any where else. This is the worst Mammo place I have been in my 62 years.
