Second Procedure and Initial Recovery On June 11, 2026, I had my second procedure: WaistEX and Hips. This time, I felt a little more discomfort during the procedure, but it was tolerable. The recovery, however, has been very different from my first procedure, which included AbEX, pelvic, upper and lower abs, and waist.
