Im so happy I came in today. Fanny was welcoming & kind. Didnāt give me the awkward sitting in the waiting area silence. We talked some about why I was there. Rachael is a fire cracker of a woman. Full or energy and knowledgeable. She took her time to explain what was expected and to my surprise scheduled me for a procedure quickly. Im excited for this journey.Ā

I am so glad I decided to come to Sono Bello at the Hackensack location. To think I almost cancelled my appointment in the beginning. Rachael was amazing and walked me through the entire process step by step. Fanny the front desk was so sweet and comforting, they made it so easy, not pushy and very supportive. The complimentary consultation was a pleasant beginning. The discussion and approach were very direct and professional. However, I believe the pricing is a bit excessive for many people. There are other facilities and doctors who offer similar services at significantly lower costs.Ā
