Im so happy I came in today. Fanny was welcoming & kind. Didn’t give me the awkward sitting in the waiting area silence. We talked some about why I was there. Rachael is a fire cracker of a woman. Full or energy and knowledgeable. She took her time to explain what was expected and to my surprise scheduled me for a procedure quickly. Im excited for this journey.
