My experience from the moment I walked in was Great. Rachel was also amazing, provided me with a lot of information.
Rachel was great. She understood entirely what I wanted. She was easy to talk to and didn't try to push or sell things I didnt want. I would highly recommend.
Had my first recovery treatment at the center its always a pleasure seeing sweet Fanny and staff making me feel like im just hanging with friends.
Thank you to Rachel and Fanny. You both were wonderful and made this so easy for me I wish I would have done this sooner.
I had a great experience today at the Hackensack office of Sono Bello. Went there for my first Balance Pro massage after my procedure. The young lady who took care of me, Fanny, was very kind, courteous and very professional. I felt well taken care of. Can't wait for my next visit
I’ve been stuck in doing consultations with Racheal for over 3 years okay. And I just got to say she welcomed me with open arms every single time. She always did her best to work well with me and my schedule but i would just get scared. But let me tell you something, on 3/7/25 she finally got me to schedule my surgery and I am ecstatic.
