Stephanie provided great customer friendly and professional.
In the planning stage, scheduled for next week. So far the experience has been pleasant. Stephanie has been timely with all my questions and emails. She is professional and kept me informed of each step in the process. I am looking forward to my procedure which I expect will be life changing. Will update after procedure. The staff were very caring. Everything was explained very well. The original date of surgery was postponed due to an unforeseen emergency with the physician. Sono Bello rescheduled me to the next available date, which was 2 months away. I asked them to wait list me for an earlier date in the event of a cancellation. They kindly did this, so my surgery was only delayed about 3 weeks. Stephanie was wonderful, my surgeon and nurse were wonderful and Jada was wonderful at my post op.

My experience from day one has been great! Friendly and very helpful with my questions. Kalese Leggett was very nice and took her time with me. Timing was important to me and not being from Maryland especially. Thank you all for your hospitality!!
