This is honestly my greatest customer service experience I have ever had. The staff was super nice but in the most genuine way possible, almost like a family. The person that worked with my case, Shaena, was one of the most compassionate and personable people I have worked with this far. You can tell she wasn’t out to meet some sales quota, she genuinely cared about my well being and also gave me excellent advise for the best ways I can get my treatment done. Overall the experience was amazing. Keep up the good work!
