Had my consult appointment yesterday in Hanover MD. My Patient Care Associate was Ms. Ariel Pryor. She was excellent, very friendly, extremely knowledgeable and she answered all of my many questions thoroughly. She made me feel very comfortable and explained the preparations that I would need, the procedure information and the recovery processes to me and I felt very comfortable with her during my appointment. Yaneek and Kendra was AMAZING! However the front desk should be more specific when asked ‘how long”. Up to a certain length of time helps. Not 45 minutes and it’s a two hour plus appointment. Overall great team!!
I had my pre procedure today at the Hanover office in Maryland, was blessed to have Kendra during my pre opt. She was through about the process and procedure, very open, had all my questions answered. Dr Epps, was amazing and a real down to earth guy. Went there with lots of questions and some anxieties about the process but left feeling well informed and ready for my procedure.
Looking forward to my procedure with Dr. Epps and Nurse Kendra!!!

My consultation visit with Yaneek Proctor was mind blowing amazing! From the moment I stepped into the lobby I felt at home! The young ladies at the front desk were super sweet!
