The procedure went well and the people there are great! Just had my second check up and I still have some concerns! I am a male and I had a chest reduction and still have concerns of area around the nipple. They're still seems to be a small Mass somewhat but I was told this could still be from trauma around that area and to continue massaging the area to break up. I have a follow-up due in October and we will see how things look at that time! Thank you
Kaitlin, at the front desk, was pleasant and kind. She always greets you with a smile. She has a sweet personality.
This was my first surgery ever and I am quite pleased. Dr. Foster was very kind and explained everything as the procedure went on. All the nurses were funny and sweet and everyone paid attention to and attended to every detail. I was made to feel very comfortable before, during, and after.
This is my 3rd surgery @Sonobello, Hanover. My experience @this location has truly been exceptional in every way, the staff & Dr. "O" are so congenial & supportive however, Kalese Leggett is ALWAYS so kind, knowledgeable & willing to assist me with whatever issue/question I've had & she actually follows through until the task has been successfully accomplished!! Definitely the place to go! Staff are amazing! The doctors do great work and the follow-up and response from the staff is beyond expectations!!! I’ve heard a million nightmare stories… but this was not one. They make several follow-up appointments and make sure you are happy!!
Excellent customer service
Everyone was nice. I arrived early, yet my wait was rather long. Once the consult got started .. Kerstin was awesome! Office was comfortable, clean. Easy to find, no problem parking. Overall .. first visit was excellent!
Can't Fix or Alter PERFECTION
It was a good experience. I entered from the side door, so signage or a directory might be helpful in that area. Also, it would have been nice to be scheduled closer to the time I would actually receive my consultation. Perhaps, allowing for a 15 minute window between clients?
