I had Sono bello performed about 2 weeks ago. So, the verdict is still out on the results. However, my body is progressing and sculpting each day . All staff members that I encountered (Stephanie, Dr. Baraki, Kalese, and Melissa) were all so helpful. They showed interest and care throughout the entire process. I appreciate all that they did and continue to do. I would recommend this Sono Bello group. They deserve the high star rating that they have!!!

I’m struggling with the number of stars to assign this review. I am 2 weeks post treatment and my feelings towards the day of my procedure and the surgery nurses has not warmed. One of the two surgical nurses needs some sort of training or maybe she was tired and she needs a vacation- she lacked compassion and overall emotional intelligence for her role. Kalese at the front desk is just amazing. She is always focused on a positive customer experience which had changed my opinion of the practice after so many negative experiences.
Although I had a pretty long wait (40 minutes), the staff was courteous and professional. Stephanie answered all my questions several times to bring me at ease with getting the procedure and the pricing. I look forward to my surgeries in 2021.

In the planning stage, scheduled for next week. So far the experience has been pleasant. Stephanie has been timely with all my questions and emails. She is professional and kept me informed of each step in the process. I am looking forward to my procedure which I expect will be life changing. Will update after procedure. The office and reception was nice, clean and professional.
