Kalese at the front desk is just amazing. She is always focused on a positive customer experience which had changed my opinion of the practice after so many negative experiences.
Although I had a pretty long wait (40 minutes), the staff was courteous and professional. Stephanie answered all my questions several times to bring me at ease with getting the procedure and the pricing. I look forward to my surgeries in 2021.

The staff were very caring. Everything was explained very well. The original date of surgery was postponed due to an unforeseen emergency with the physician. Sono Bello rescheduled me to the next available date, which was 2 months away. I asked them to wait list me for an earlier date in the event of a cancellation. They kindly did this, so my surgery was only delayed about 3 weeks. Stephanie was wonderful, my surgeon and nurse were wonderful and Jada was wonderful at my post op.
The staff were awesome and helped make this experience very successful and pleasant
