Today was my one week post-op appointment. Shakyra was so great explaining and answering all my questions. Fantastic customer service! It feels like Family!
The experience was well explained. My anxiety was not put down. I appreciated post-surgery phone call from Dr. Khoury and nurse, Gina. I followed all the directions given and I love the results!
My nurse was very kind told me what to expect. Answered all of my questions. She did an excellent job.
Today's follow up appointment was great! I learned some things about scar tissue that I didn't know before. Also, I didn't realize how much fat was removed until I saw some of my before pics! I'm very grateful to Melissa for asking if I wanted to see the pics. Initially, I didn't but I am so glad that I looked at them!
The staff is extremely helpful and answered all questions. Shakyra was friendly and my over all expectations were met.
