Casey is WONDERFUL! She is so knowledgeable about procedures and the healing process. She has given us many good tips and tricks to make my life easier. Casey’s customer service skills are beyond reproach.

My nurse Alex was absolutely amazing! I had my one week post op appt last evening with her. She was friendly and explained everything step by step! She was incredibly helpful! All the staff has been so wonderful to work with thus far!!

Anita at the Cleveland location is the best! She welcomes you and makes you feel comfortable. I have had to change appointments and she makes it so easy. Always friendly and helpful. I will miss her when my sessions are finished

I had Melissa and Casey for nurses, they were both very helpful and were great at easing my nervousness and helped me get dressed at the end. I do have a lot more nice things to say about them and their capabilities and helpfulness, but I am still on some pretty good pain meds and my words aren’t coming together the way that I would like just yet. Definitely recommend both of those five star.

Casey and Dr Khoury have been wonderful! Casey, my nurse, took the time to listen to and answer my questions…she then set up a follow up appointment for me to see Dr Khoury the very next day! Casey is a great nurse with a caring and positive personality, and Dr Khoury is an amazingly talented surgeon with an approachable demeanor. My journey with SonoBello has been great... and I’m so glad I chose them!

Casey was amazing! She spent all the time we needed to answer all of our questions. I was very embarrassed (blood pressure was 160/100!) and she and Dr Khoury put me at ease. I am now looking forward to my procedures.
