Alex was the best today. She’s been my nurse throughout this whole process. She’s been so caring and supportive. I can’t tell you how good it felt today to see her welcoming smiling face. She put me at ease and answered all my questions.

Jodi Campanello who was my Sales Consultant did an amazing job and suggested exactly what I needed for the areas that I needed to be taken care of for me.. She is very professioal and knowledgeable. The staff in Cleveland was very friendly, and well informed about what they do and truly take the best of care for all of their patients. Taylor manages the center and does a fantastic job. Shakyra & Dr Miller were absolutely wonderful. They were professional, informative, patience and explained everything that was going to happen in detail. The made me feel comfortable and excited at the same time. They both called and checked on me after I was home. They made my experience special
Mickie was my nurse & she was kind, and gentle & after the cocktail & the cozy warm blanket I was sleeping. I do enjoy how the staff always smiles and says congratulations & shares in my excitement . Thank you to my doctor & to Mickie for making this procedure as pleasant as possible.

Melissa is the absolute best! She was there for me every step of the way and always ensured my comfort and took the time to listen to and answer all of my questions.
