I had a great experience from start (my consultation with Rocky) right up to my first pre-op 1 week appointment (with my nurse). I am 2.5 weeks post-op. The receptionist are great, easy to talk to, helpful and nice. My nurse is very caring, informative, and helpful. My doctor Dr.Miller did a great job on my lipo with ex. I was nervous about my consultation at first. Then I booked, and I was even more nervous! I set my appointment and started filling out paperwork. Jasmine came out and made me completely comfortable. Great service and results!
Everyone at Sono Bella is friendly and they make you feel comfortable. Jasmines who was my nurse today was so kind and knowledgeable and I was more at ease after speaking with her. I would definitely recommend Sono Bella to my friends and family
My experience with Sonobello was amazing from the initial consultation to the pre-op, surgery and post-op appointments. The staff took excellent care of me throughout my procedures and explained in detail what I would expect both during and after my procedures. I am extremely happy with my results and would absolutely do it all over again!
Very pleasant and much better than I thought it would be. The staff went out of their way to make me feel comfortable. The person I met with was named Rocky. Not only did she explain the procedure in a way that I understand, without using medical jargon, she was able to explain the results without using high pressure sales tactics or attempt to sell me something I could not use. I went for consultation today. Rocky is the best! Down to earth and doesnt pressure you. Answers your questions clearly and VERY professional. Also besides being clearly intelligent plus informal about what she does, she is also awesomely beautiful! The whole atmosphere there is comfortable from beginning to end.
