The ladies at the front desk are exceptional, Celeste and Jasmine are very friendly and very accommodating. The follow-up with my nurse Alicia was a wonderful experience, she was very helpful and informative. Habib Joseph. Khoury, MD Performed the surgery and I am looking forward to see the final results in 6 months.
The first day I walked in Garfield Sonobello for my surgery I was a little apprehension about getting my procedure done until I met the staff Rocky, Jazmine ,Celeste and Taylor the nurse Alecia and Doctor Khouri they answer all my questions and put my mind at ease and that was the best decision I made for myself and next month I'm having more surgery but this time I'm walking in with confidence and a smile. Thanks again for taking care of me you guys are the BEST!

It was a great experience I encourage everybody who needs body contour to go ahead and do it ,me personally I had a great experience with Garfield Heights clinic the staff is very friendly courteous and the appointments are on time the clinic is very clean and Dr. Khouri is very professional kind and considerate person , The whole team is very caring and I highly recommend it

I was very skeptical and neverous when I arrived for my consultation. I didn't know what to expect. My nurse(forgot her name.:() that I had was extremely helpful and courteous! Jasmine and Taylor, the 2 ladies at the desk. Was the complete definition on CUSTOMER SATISFACTION! They made me feel so comfortable and at ease. They really went above and beyond reassuring me that I was I'm good hands and everything would be just fine. THANK YOU ladies,.YOU ROCK! All the staff were nice and friendly. They all made me feel comfortable, snd they were very understanding.
My experience with the Garfield Heights office has been AMAZING!! The entire staff is very down to earth - they treat you like a friend instead of a patient. Very caring, informative, and thorough! Dr. Stroup is top notch in my book (his playlist during surgery is pretty EPIC😄)!! My surgery was split into 2 surgeries, plus I asked for a revision. My results absolutely speak for themself and I am extremely happy with my results. I highly reccomend coming in to see Dr. Stroup and his staff!!
The staff and doctor were amazing from the 1st consultation to the day of the procedure. I was extremely nervous the pre-op and procedure days, but the staff and doctor went above and beyond to help me to relax. I am 6 days post op and I am very pleased with my results so far. Would highly recommend!!!
