I was really nervous going in but everyone was really nice and helped me stay calm they walked me through every step and made sure I was comfortable with the process I’m only a little over week post op and I already notice a huge difference
Rocky was great. She answered all my emails and my questions in a timely manner. She made me feel really comfortable. The staff was great. And I'm so excited that Dr. Khoury is doing my procedure. He is the best!
It was great! Not having to be to sleep for a 30 min liposuction was great. I had 3 areas completed and I went to work literally the Next Day.
Rocky did an amazing job of making my husband and myself very comfortable and at ease during the initial consultation. All questions and concerns where thoroughly answered. I left feeling I had all the knowledge needed to make an easy decision to move forward with the procedure.

I was very scared about the whole process from a bad experience I had 20 years ago. But the whole team I had at Sonobella was friendly, knowledgable , and cared about my feelings and my experience I was having the whole time from booking my consultation apt to having my procedure done, threw the healing process. I was hesitant and scared to have this procedure done. I kept telling myself, “I can just live with my fat stomach.” But I listened to everything Rocky told me during our visit and I pulled over my car ( later that day) and called Rocky and took the plunge! I was scheduled for my procedure the next Thursday. The day of my procedure the nurse was very calming, understanding that I was nervous & explained everything to detail that was going to happen. Sono Bello in Garfield Hts has the best staff! I recently got liposuction with them I love my results and customer service!!! I also love the music they play as you wait in the lobby lol. The nurses are so nice and easy to talk to they make you feel comfortable before and after surgery! I had Dr. Stroup and he was so nice and open to all my questions even if I asked too many of them lol. But overall I believe you guys will not be disappointed when booking with Sono Bello <3!
