My experience at Sono Bello Cleveland has been excellent from the minute I scheduled my consultation. The staff are so personable and accommodating from the receptionist and scheduling department to the surgeons and nursing staff to the OR. They truly go out of your way to be sure you are comfortable throughout your entire journey. Nice place and very nice staff I had my consultation today so far they know what they're doing, straight forward, clear, experienced and knowledgeable. They have nice offers and financing with no interest.
I had two procedures done, my results are pleasing, however, I may have had higher expectations than I should have. Everyone is different and I gad a longer recovery with my first surgery as I had a revision. It took me 11 days after surgery before I could move comfortably. My second surgery the recovery time was much smoother and in about five days I was moving fairly comfortably. The service was quick and smooth. There very nice and concern of there business.
After my initial meeting with Rocky, I felt confident with my decision to have some work done at Sono Bello. My procedures were performed by Dr. Janet Blanchard. She’s a true professional with a great bedside manner. I was relaxed and informed throughout the procedure. The front office staff & nurses are also excellent. Very attentive to your needs and any questions you might have.
I loved my team and how friendly and accessible they were. They took the time to understand what I wanted and made it a reality. They worked so hard to make all my appointments work with my schedule and I enjoyed the entire experience!
