Friendly staff!!
The staff at the Garfeild Heights location is awsome! From the receptionist Colleen and Jasmine to the nurses that attended me Candice and Alisha. Dr. Stroup was very thorough at my pre op and vocal durring the procedure, he listened to all of my questions and concerns. He also made sure i understood the what, whys and hows of everything. Amazing! Aleshia was so friendly and informative. Jasmine made me feel so at ease and she is was the perfect front line person to greet you and end your visit with. Both very patient and answered all my questions extensively.
I had a great experience from start (my consultation with Rocky) right up to my first pre-op 1 week appointment (with my nurse). I am 2.5 weeks post-op. The receptionist are great, easy to talk to, helpful and nice. My nurse is very caring, informative, and helpful. My doctor Dr.Miller did a great job on my lipo with ex. I was nervous about my consultation at first. Then I booked, and I was even more nervous! I set my appointment and started filling out paperwork. Jasmine came out and made me completely comfortable. Everyone at Sono Bella is friendly and they make you feel comfortable. Jasmines who was my nurse today was so kind and knowledgeable and I was more at ease after speaking with her. I would definitely recommend Sono Bella to my friends and family
My experience with Sonobello was amazing from the initial consultation to the pre-op, surgery and post-op appointments. The staff took excellent care of me throughout my procedures and explained in detail what I would expect both during and after my procedures. I am extremely happy with my results and would absolutely do it all over again!
