8/31/25 Based on my experience @ the Westerville, OH location, I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. They provided MY WORST MEDICAL EXPERIENCE, EVER. They promised "seasoned caring physicians", "highly trained staff", "the best possible results", & "an exceptional experience". THEY DID NOT DELIVER. Not enough room to describe ALL the details. For MORE THAN 2 YEARS, they would NOT fix AN ASYMMETRICAL WAIST, LOOSE SKIN ON ABD. AND UNSIGHTLY SCAR (see GOOGLE review for MORE details). I want to let others know that the staff, nurses, practice manager, and physician at the SonoBella in Westerville were incredible during each of my appointments. My first appointment was to just ask questions about wanting to take care of something that has bothered me for decades. Hello, I haven't had procedure yet, but the staff was really nice and informative. I really not want it, but need it. I hate the way I feel, but it isn't the cheapest and need to take care of a couple things first. I really want it, like yesterday though. The stories are inspirational and hope to soon put post-op review soon.
My entire experience so far with Sono Bello has been tremendous. The entire staff is so knowledgeable and helpful answering all questions and concerns. I would highly recommend working with Mary at the Beavercreek location, and the staff in Columbus, Dr Lackey was awesome !! 🤩 it has only been a week and I already see a huge difference, just can’t wait to see the final results once the swelling goes down.
It was wonderful. Everyone was so nice & helpful. The person who greeted me in the morning, the nurse & the doctor. All were very understanding of my needs & helped me understand the procedure & how to take care of my bandages. The doctor called himself to personally make sure I was ok ❤️. Front desk receptionists are very friendly, professional, and organized. I requested to be notified of any cancellations for a popular recovery service. They kept my name ready and notified me the first day they had a cancellation. I was very impressed and happy of their due diligence to provide the highest level customer service
The ladies at the front desk are very kind and very helpful. I had a Venus treatment with Victoria. She also was very kind and informative about the treatment. I am pleased with my results after one treatment.
