The staff was very friendly. I wasnt waiting long, but because they were a little late for my appt they gave me a Starbucks gift card for the delay. I had my consultation and Allison was very helpful. She answered my questions, and provided financing options to pay for my procedure. Overall it was good experience

Charlotte at the front desk is always so welcoming and so friendly she makes you feel at ease! She puts a comical spin on things to relax you when you’re nervous about the procedure. Overall everyone has been so pleasant there I would highly recommend going there!

Everyone was very nice and made things extremely easy. Charlotte at the front desk was amazing! And my pre-op nurse was very knowledgeable and so helpful and sweet! The Doctor was great, no nonsense, answered my questions and eased my worries. Can’t wait to see my results!!

Charlotte is always a delight to converse with. She is always friendly when I always arrive. I always feel welcome when she's there. Although, I haven't gotten my return phone call back from Ali. I'm very disappointed! I have tried many times to call me back, but nothing. Help!! But Charlotte is AWESOME!!
