From the first phone call to appointments, proceedures and follow-ups at Sono Bello the staff was always courteous, professional and caring. The girls were great! Everything was explained in detail and they went above and beyond to work on the financing with me.
The staff are wonderful!! They made me feel welcome, always have a smile on their face when I come in and don't come across as pretentious. like I had originally feared!! Lastly, I did not tolerate the pain meds the evening following surgery, therefore had to call for other relief. Dr. Volk returned my call within 15 minutes of me reaching out (way after business hours) and called in a new prescription immediately...that meant a lot!
It was amazing! The entire process was quick, easy, and every single person I came in contact with was informed and eager to help me in any way they could! Anytime you visit for follow ups from the front desk staff, nurses and even the physicians greet you with a smile. The staff was great and added to my confidence along the way.Joy and the nurses staff were informative and gave me supplies like scar tape and more.I also was given free scar tissue reduction massage procedures! From the front desk all the way through to the consultants, the nurses and Dr. Strand! It was seamless for me. The nurses treated me so wonderful. When I say I was so nervous They helped me out to feel just like home. The procedure itself was seamless, Dr. Strand made sure that I was comfortable. I will most definitely be back in the future!!!!
