Charlotte is always a delight to converse with. She is always friendly when I always arrive. I always feel welcome when she's there. Although, I haven't gotten my return phone call back from Ali. I'm very disappointed! I have tried many times to call me back, but nothing. Help!! But Charlotte is AWESOME!!

My experience was outstanding. I've never considered reconstruction surgery before and I learned so much from Rachael. I don't need weight loss as much as I do skin removal from previous weight loss. She was so informative and easy to talk to.
