The doctor and emergency liters are friendly and have excellent bedside manners. Everyone is knowledgeable and does not mind answering any wuestions you made my have. The employees and doctor are very professional. I am satisfied with my results and can definitely see the change. I have enjoyed my experience and will.come back in the near future; aww lol as, recommend others to seek their service.
I don’t know where to start but this has been a great experience. From the day of my first initial consultation until my procedure day. My nurse Lisa has been nothing but an amazing person! So professional and has made me feel comfortable, relax and informed of all that was going to happen thru the procedure. Best desicion ever!
Any place where you walk in and they greet you by name…is the place you want to be! From the ladies at the front desk with their gorgeous smiles and happy demeanor…they make you feel right at home. I won’t attempt to spell their names here but…they are awesome. Finally, my most favorite nurse “Haddy”. I won’t see anyone but her! She is knowledgeable and personable. I would have to think really hard about severing my patient/nurse relationship just to date her! I’m just saying…she is that good of a nurse!

I want to shout out my loving caring team at Norfolk Sonobello!!! Each time I come into contact with them, it's always the same!! Helpful, never feel rushed, explains everything to me in detail and gives great/helpful tips. LIKE frfr Norfolk, VA Office is amazing 👏🏼. Very professional and answered all my concerns.
I’ve only had a consultation and loved it! The front desk ladies were so welcoming and sweet to my 3 year old. Liz, the consultant, was so patient, uplifting of my body, and playful with my kid. Such a wonderful environment and I can’t want to work with them more.
Had an absolutely awesome experience here. Dr. Kaplan is the best he formed me back to my 20s. I love it 💕 the front desk Deja, Cherrisse and Naima these ladies kept my spirits up keeping my appointments right even moving me up when they had earlier appointments thank you for handling with care it is deeply appreciated 😍 😍💕

Although nobody likes to get undressed at the doctors office, I have to say Jessica made me feel very comfortable. Even when I complained about getting pictures taken.
