Look! It’s nice when the front desk girl (Charrise?) greets you by name and makes sure you are well. Then…my favorite nurse…Haddy…is the best. I will walk out if my appointment isn’t with her every single time!! She is the best! Keep her.

First impressions are the best & when you are extremely anxious about having a procedure …a hug & a smile go a very long way. I have been in the medical field for 26 years & some RNs lose sight of why they went into this field. All the staff, nurses and Dr Centeno were extremely professional, caring and wonderful. Laurette specifically was such an exceptional nurse and always asked how was i feeling and if needed any additional details/care. I loved that she was the nurse i initially saw on my preop and the day of procedure.
