My experience was positive and pleasant. Dr. Kaplan answered all my questions and relieved my hesitation. Nurse Lauryn was so nice and friendly. I was definitely put at ease (came in nervous).
My preop was a pleasant visit Dr. Kaplan was patient with me and his assistant Jessica made me feel comfortable with her accommodating personality very knowledgeable about the sonobello procedure
Laurette was very sweet and professional. She held a conversation with me from start to finish during the pre op on what to expect from start to finish on my procedure. It’s been a pleasure working with her. Thank you!
