Alexis King was superb. She thoroughly explained what I need to do. She listened to my questions and answered them to my satisfaction. Overall the customer service here is excellent from check in to check out. Ashley at the front desk is phenomenal

I just wanted to complement both Deja and Cher on their welcoming personality. They always greet me by my name whenever I enter the office.They are both accommodating whenever I need to schedule an appt. They are very cheerful and efficient.

Alexis King was my one week post op nurse. She was very efficient and answered all my questions and concerns. She was also my post op nurse for my lipo procedure back in November. She’s wonderful.

The Nurse in the room.. Lisa R-she made me feel so comfortable and made sure I felt confident about what I need to do pre and post surgery. She is super cool. Front counter ladies. Cher and Deja These ladies are so friendly and always so positive and give you all the positive vibes. Absolutely have an amazing front Desk team. The are awesome from the first encounter with them. I am extremely impressed with the staff here . You don't get to witness this often now days.

Penny, Thank you for making my Journey easy and peaceful the Staff is amazing. Not only is Penny beautiful her personality match. Penny went above and beyond to answer my friend and I questions. I want to say a special thank you to the wonderful professional front desk and receptionist staff. I had the pleasure of having star quality services from Deja, Naima, Cherrisse and The financial staff Deneen was a breath of fresh air. They are very hands on and answered my friend Ms. Parks and myself questions so much that she and I decided to not only move forward with our procedures but due to the wonderful staff that made me feel welcomed and went beyond to assist us I will be coming back for another procedure.
