Sonobello has come along way, I had ruled them out due to Horrific customer service. So this experience with Sonobello has been nothing short of amazing thanks to Deneen. She went above and beyond to fix the wrongs of Brittney and assured me that if I have them a chance I would be 100%. satisfied. It was so welcoming for Niema to greet me by my name before I even told her who I was….🌟Let me tell you. I have no complains and I will refer others.. Deneen is surly as asset to the practice!!
Laurette along with Dr. C were very welcoming and they went above and beyond while in the procedure room with me to ensure all was well!! Great experience!
This is a multi-level review of my procedures done over a year ago (July 2020).. 1. Customer service and intake: hands-down...the best!! No complaints. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 2. Follow-up: in-person...great! ⭐️⭐️⭐️ Virtual...not-so-much. No virtual follow-up although I had appointments, no one called or answered. Not good!! 🚫 3. Amazing!!! Liz was wonderful!
If I could give them zero stars, I would. I met with Liz Breland in the Norfolk location. She explained the procedure and told me I would be a good candidate. When I asked if it is safe, of course she said yes. I found it odd that they didn’t require you to be cleared by a physician before undergoing the procedure. Liz was very quick to tell me how busy they were and how great the doctor was. My free consultation went from free to paying the $1995 surgical fee to hold my date.
